All customer agreements entered into by Aqua Custom Pools & Spas, LLC are formal, executed construction contracts. Payments made in connection with these projects are governed by agreed-upon terms, schedules, and construction milestones. At no time were funds improperly taken or misused.

During applicable timeframes, projects were conducted under proper authorization, including DBPR provisions where applicable, and performed through duly licensed contractors. Where required, projects were transitioned to appropriately licensed qualifying contractors for continued supervision and compliance.
At this time, there have been no final findings or determinations made by any regulatory authority regarding the matters referenced in these online statements.
